The Piqua, Ohio Police department requested to use stimulus money for sniper rifles.
I understand why this is good for the manufacturers, but all this does for the common consumer is raise prices and reduce availability, given the LEO depts. almost always get first crack at stock. As for the stimulus money, I don’t think the big-O has a problem with guns when its the police that are buying them, it’s just everyone else.
