Thanks for linking to that, it sounds like a logical breakdown. My guess is that the police didn’t budget for price increases. Neither did I, but when it comes time to decide between new clothes and ammo, I’ve had to make some tough decisions… my coworkers don’t seem to notice that I haven’t been buying new clothes though.
