Because It Could Be Done

Someone, I think it was Tam, said that Para’s 1911 LDA trigger was an answer to a question no one asked. This double barrel 1911 would seem to be in the same category, but perhaps it’s more along the lines of doing it, because it could be done.

UPDATE: Link fixed.

Because the only way to improve a ridiculous/awesome John Woo action movie with doves and churches and dual-wielded handguns was to make those handguns fire two bullets at a time.

Neat, but I’d hate to be holding that gun when one of those .45s has a slower primer than the other.

    Let me fix that link.

Now someone will have to do an action movie that has someone shooting with one of those in each hand.

What’s the ATF have to say about that?

You are firing 2 rounds with 1 trigger pull, even though there appear to be 2 triggers it looks like only 1 hammer? What happens if one round has a hangfire? Stupid idea IMO.

Haha lol. Yeah, that would work in the movies.

Because it can be done…… in the movies.
