The House is acting to block the new rule, by prohibiting ATF from spending any money to implement it. While the new rule is unlawful, this would add some teeth to it, since ATF couldn’t enforce the measure without misappropriating funds.

The first sentence of this story at the link above is such a joke – so typical of the lefty Washington Post:
Two days after President Obama approved a new rule to crack down on gunrunning to Mexico, a House committee voted Wednesday to block it from taking effect.
There would first need to be a crackdown on Obama himself, along with his regime, before there could be anything done to stop all of the criminal activity at our porous border with Mexico.
