Cop Goes Berserk in LA

Apparently he’s a strong supporter of gun control and the left, a fact which the media seems to be happily burying. This actually isn’t the first time a cop has gone berserk. One of the largest mass killings in history was committed by a police officer in the 1950s, armed with two M2 carbines (select fire version of the M1 carbine) and hand grenades. From PJ Media:

It’s pretty clear that Dorner is disturbed. It’s also pretty clear that the media and left have fueled his madness. His writing reads like a regurgitation of media narratives he could pick up on any mainstream leftist web site or media outlet. The same media are now censoring his manifesto. This comes just a day after news broke that another leftist gunman used leftwing propaganda to launch an armed attack on the conservative Family Research Council. Most media have ignored that angle, too.

I blame the media for ignoring that angle when it happens from their side of the spectrum, while they play it up for their opponents. But at the end of the day I don’t think heated rhetoric on either side is to blame for the act of crazies and lunatics. Ordinary people can engage in heated rhetoric without going on a killing spree, just like ordinary people can be around guns without doing the same.

  1. Well it’s safe to say Anti’s don’t trust themselves, much less others, so we all need to locked up.

The level of disconnect is truly disturbing.

    1. He dared to cross the thin blue line to expose the racism and corruption inside the LAPD, and they skewered him for it. He is far from crazy.

      1. BS. If he’d had real complaints, the LA city government would have bent over backwards to turn him into a hero. They like destroying cops in that city, because it wins the politicians votes.

And look at who he’s targeting — not the people who “wronged” him, but their family.

        1. If you read the manifesto, it becomes quite clear why he is doing it. He was taught the art of war quite well. He picked up a few useful tactics from the “enemy” he was fighting overseas. There is a reason that the United States has not “won” any of its most recent theater of war engagements. If you are not willing to eradicate your opponent, then you will always be vulnerable to guerrilla attacks. You can conquer lands, but you can never conquer hearts.

This is a man who ratted on his fellow officers abusing the citizens they were supposed to protect. A black man who got in the face of colleagues who comfortably used the word “nigger” in his presence. After he reported this abhorrent behavior, he was fired and his military career was ruined.

I’m not glamorizing his actions. I am saying that this man has a plan, and he is much more dangerous than the usual medicated patsies that attack gun-free zones.

However, I would note that it appears that there are several “left-leaning” and pro-gun control portions of his manifesto that were left off of the text:

          I wonder why…

          1. I’m sure LAPD has its share of racists and bigots, but I don’t think I will take the word of a alleged murderer who claims he was wronged some four years ago and got fired.

I’ve been wronged by employers on multiple occasions. But, I am wearing my big boy pants and make my own way in life. Somehow, I’ve managed to avoid murdering anyone.

            1. This whole story is very odd. There are multiple versions of the “manifesto” out there, some of which appear to be selectively edited. The first version makes him appear cold, calculated, and efficient, much like a solider. The longer one is precise for half of it, and then goes on to liberal AWB tangents that make a whole lot of sense. It’s almost like two separate documents. Reads like someone just added it at the end (which might be the case) with all the proper name dropping.

    2. He just needed a good lawyer…to fight unlawful termination…he went wrong thinkin the puke bag union guy lawyers would help him…they are bought and paid for.. former cops. Wish I could have guided him…many recruits and probationers go thru this kind of ass fuckin by so-called field training occifers…these guys and dolls all have agendas…what a waste.

  2. Wonder if the alternate version we’re posting all over is legit. From Anon news, huh?

“Anonymous, you are hated, vilified, and considered an enemy to the state. I personally view you as a culture and a necessity that brings truth to a cloaked world. Forge ahead!”

When I have time tonight I’ll take a look at the spelling mistakes to see if they’re consistent in the additional parts. But at this point I’m very suspicious.

    1. It is very weird indeed. It is almost like two separate manifestos. A personal one that seeks revenge, and then a non-sequitur about an AWB and praising Democrats. It smells fishy.

      1. There’s nothing “fishy” about it.

He’s insane. Insane people are not rational. Trying to rationally analyze their thoughts is fruitless.

  3. This guy is a psycho.

While traveling back to the station in a 12 passenger van I heard Magana refer to another individual as a nigger. I wasn’t sure if I heard correctly as there were many conversations in the van that was compiled of at least 8 officers and he was sitting in the very rear and me in the very front. Even with the multiple conversations and ambient noise I heard Officer Magana call an indivdual a nigger again. Now that I had confirmed it, I told Magana not to use that word again. I explained that it was a well known offensive word that should not be used by anyone. He replied, “I’ll say it when I want”. Officer Burdios, a friend of his, also stated that he would say nigger when he wanted. At that point I jumped over my front passenger seat and two other officers where I placed my hands around Burdios’ neck and squeezed. I stated to Burdios, “Don’t fucking say that”. At that point there was pushing and shoving and we were separated by several other officers. What I should have done, was put a Winchester Ranger SXT 9mm 147 grain bullet in his skull and Officer Magana’s skull. The Situation would have been resolved effective, immediately.

Racial slurs are awful, but hearing one doesn’t entitle you to murder the racist asshole who said it. This man has very serious anger management issues and with episodes like that in his past, it’s not surprising that he’s on the loose murdering people he thinks have wronged him.

  4. This is what happens when we are exposed to dozens of movies where cops are wronged, and go on vigilante style killing sprees to correct the fact that the “bad guy” is getting off on a “technicality.”
After awhile, these cops start seeing themselves as the next Punisher or Dirty Harry.
