Normally i would agree, but that Daniel Adkins shooting is pretty egregious and looks more like road rage than self defense. If an unarmed man is yelling at me while I’m locked safely in my SUV, I can’t figure out why I’d need to shoot him?
The point is that no matter why, the CSGV is opposed to the use of firearms for self-defense. The facts don’t matter.
