    So, some of those weapons may have happened to make it across the border. ATF just claims that it didn’t sanction or knowingly allow the straw purchaser to transport them.

    Not exactly a ringing endorsement. That’s like saying, “Well, we didn’t think that crackhead would actually overdose on all the blow our dealer-cum-informant sold him!”

    Looks like the claim of “We F’d up because we didn’t have enough resources” didn’t get enough lipstick on the pig so they might as well just try to make it go away.

  2. There’s a reason Ron Paul refused to vote for the “sure-thing” “honor the DOJ” bill last year. “…history shows that the unconstitutional usurpations of power and abuse of rights goes back at least almost a hundred years ….”
