Isn’t going to happen in Missouri, we removed that power from our (Democratic) Governor’s hands unless authorized by the legislature or people in the November election, granting anyone standing to sue, with direct penalties on any unit of the state that tries to do so. 61.7% to 38.3%, compared to our 53.76% Romney, 44.38% Obama presidential vote….
Excellent!
This is good news. The feds have made a mess of this. There are some legal issues around whether the feds can set up and run a state exchange. We’ll see how this all plays out over the next few years.
It’ll play out like this: the feds will do whatever they want and then the Supreme Court will wordsmith a way around it to make everything “kosher”.
Guaranteed.
They will use the commerce clause to screw us any way they can.
Wow, best news I’ve heard in a while about Corbett!
