Gun Rights Policy Conference

John Richardson has his impressions of his first GRPC, which is an annual event put on by SAF and CCRKBA. I’ve never been to one, but it’s on my list to get to one of these years. Obviously, considering our employment situation, this was not going to be the year.

Next year it is in Orlando which shouldn’t be too bad a hop from PA.

I just missed it. I flew in to Chicago for work on Monday morning. If I hadn’t already booked a training course for the weekend, I would’ve extended my trip to go to GRPC.

  3. Bitter says:

Umm, Orlando is 200 miles farther than Chicago. Distance isn’t the issue.

  4. I’ve been to one of these, and I found it interesting, but that was mostly because I was one of the speakers, and they presented me an award for Armed America. What made it worthwhile was that I met Alan Gura at this event, and that played a big part in the work I did on Heller and McDonald. So I guess that makes the experience very valuable–who you meet.
