They’ve performed the autopsy, but aren’t releasing details, except to say he was shot multiple times from a distance. They are still asking people to keep an eye out for his rifle which was taken from him.

This story really scares the crap out of me. This summer I’ve been going to my local public range on monday evenings because it would usually be almost completely empty and I didn’t want to have to put up with idiots at the range. Now I’m only going to go on friday afternoons and weekends when I know there will be lots of other people there.
