  1. Back before med school I worked for McDonnell-Douglas and was involved in repoing a DC-10 from the defunct Laker Airways…in London. Reminds me of old times, but glad I don’t do it anymore.

  2. On interesting jobs, I am a fairly competent Zamboni operator having many hundreds of trips around the ice and being the trainer for a dozen or so other operators. Everyone say “that must be so cool!” It is for the first couple of hundred times then it’s drive on, go around in circles for 10 minutes, drive off. Refill the water and dump the snow then repeat.
