Looks like ACORN has gotten into some hot water back home in Delaware County. ACORN is saying it’s just one bad apple. There seem to be an awfully lot of bad apples then.

Elsewhere, one of the concens raised in ACORN’s internal nvestigation earlier this year was that they couldn’t “prove” that funds from a group were proper.
Golly, a funding group whose board is entirely ACORN senior people pays via the ACORN board, which has some of the same people, to do things which are actually illegal for at least one of the two groups, and a lawyer (not on either Board, I guess) thinks there may be a problem?
