Gonzalez is out.  Now can we please get someone running Justice who will clean up the ATF? And maybe, just maybe, have some respect for people’s constitutional rights?
Gonzalez made me pine for the days of Ashcroft. He was that bad.

I’m not sure who Bush will replace him with, or if that person is even likely to be gun friendly. As far as I know, there are Executive Orders regarding firearms that still stand despite his taking office seven years ago.
Not much chance of that in this administration. The Bush family got on board with the ATF after Waco, and aren’t likely to get off.
