The Supreme Court has denied cert on the appeal of New York City’s suit against gun manufacturers. This lets stand a ruling in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals that ruled the lawsuits could not proceed due to the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act.

Were NYC, DC, etc. required to pay court and attny fees of the defendants?
I sure as hell hope so. Would like to know if anyone has information.
Perhaps one of the best ways to ensure that our rights are not infringed is to ensure those that attempting to do so pay dearly.
