Regulating how much you can drink would be ridiculous even for California or New Jersey. The fact that this is happening in the Live Free or Die State is a travesty.

Just yesterday, I was sitting in one of my favorite NH establishments enjoying a nice 20oz porter with my lunch. Luckily, the “12oz per hour” thing that everyone is getting all excited about doesn’t actually seem to be part of any bill. Just another socialist wet dream. Maybe they can get it added into the next federal “stimulus” bill.
