I would have been suspended in 3rd grade for my graphical depictions of WW2 battlefields, complete with “Evil” aircraft dropping bombs, machine guns and OMG, even Tanks!
I think at the point the kid was suspended for any lenth of time, the parents should withdrawn the kid from the school. Placing the child in private school or home school.
