I love the headline for this over at CNN. Seems someone stole Elvis’s Smith & Wesson 9mm from a museum. I doubt someone will be able to fence that for its actual value. The real shame is, it’ll probably end up sold on the street for much much less than the gun is worth.

I’ll try to resist jokes about his gun being found dead on the toilet.
I’m glad it didn’t get traded in for a $50 gift card so it could be melted down.

It appeared that two handguns were stolen. Look at the video. The guy is reaching in with both hands at the same time and pickup up a gun in each hand. He may have retained the one most valuable.
I think that was more of a mirror effect. Plus if it was more than 1 gun, you know the press would have said that Elvis’s “arsenal†was stolen.
