Bizarre Political Moments

Tonight, Arlen Specter said he would endorse a constitutional amendment limiting corporate spending. Not corporate spending on campaigns. Just corporate spending.

I don’t know where to begin.

    About the only thing the US Senate could learn from the Canadian Senate (not elected, btw – appointed) is the mandatory retirement age at 75.
