We have it partially closed in Chicago. You do have to register (yearly) all black powder rifles and shotguns as well as antique black powder pistols and revolvers. You cannot own non-antique black powder pistols or revolvers.
Oh and those antiques can’t be owned for purpose of actually shooting.
