   In terms of popularity polls, it depends on the poll. Most had him in the bottom half of the last 9 or10 presidents at 100 days. But MSNBC and Bob Shiefer (sp?) of CBS had him the best since JFK. Go figure. In terms of keeping his oath to the Constitution, dead last since LBJ if not FDR!
