Steam Pressure Gauge, USS Olympia. Looks like it was last calibrated by a Mr. Cobb, in July of 1922, probably around the time of her voyage to retrieve the body of the Unknown Soldier from France to bring it back to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington, Virginia.
