I must confess to some surprise that the restaurant ban repeal passed the Senate. I was expecting some turncoating since there was no longer a veto backstop in Kaine.

This illustrates a difference between VA and MD, perhaps – here in MD gun owners are just happy that one of the major pieces of anti-gun legislation has been withdrawn. Maybe someday we’ll get to be excited about pro-gun legislation passing…
