Are Mass Shootings Random?

A good analysis that would seem to indicate they are, and that they do not actually cluster.

   The human brain is TERRIBLE at predicting long term risks. But its pretty good at prediction short term risks. For things that are far out- like health when you are 60- the brain has trouble accurately gauging the risk because its just so far out.
