Polishing the Beans

Polishing the Beans

This is a polisher. It removes the parchment and silver skin from the coffee bean. It’s a gasoline engine, and is water cooled. You add water in the top. It has an interesting governor and valve mechanism so that it only fires once every few cycles. Just enough to keep the flywheel rotating at its fixed RPM.
