And what about that pesky 2nd amendment, which guarantees the pre-existing natural right to self-defense? (I'm a nontheist, so I don't buy into the ultra-conservative mantra about "god-given".) And "shall not be infringed" could't be any clearer. We are talking about the ravings of an anti-democracy totalitarian who bought himself an illegal 3rd term in office against a democratic vote for term limits by his constituents. Why should we listen to anything Bloomberg and the anti-democracy groupies who follow him have to say?
