   Healthcare will be free. Parking will be $30/hour. And parking a car is mandatory, since the hospital will hold the keys and registration as collateral in case the government fails to pay.

   Everything the law mandates as free will be free. Fees will be tacked on everywhere else to recoup the ‘savings’ and reap as big a profit as possible. Fees for missed appointments, fees to make appointments in a ‘convenient’ way, fees to get your doctor your records, Carter-style gas lines at the pharmacy.
