The Federal government is borrowing $1.5 Billion a month to fund the increased spending. That is $1.5 Billion being removed from the economy monthly - funds that would otherwise stay in the private sector.

Non-military &quot;stimulus&quot; spending has never worked anywhere, ever.</description>
