It can be more accurately reported as losses because of the stimulus. The Federal government is borrowing $1.5 Billion a month to fund the increased spending. That is $1.5 Billion being removed from the economy monthly - funds that would otherwise stay in the private sector. Non-military "stimulus" spending has never worked anywhere, ever.
