It is only through the House. State Senate still needs to act.
I am no sure why we need more law on this subject than what our Idaho Constitution already provides:
Section 11.Right to keep and bear arms.
“Nor shall any law permit the confiscation of firearms, except those actually used in the commission of a felony.”
The new law sounded good, until I read my state Constitution, and now it feels like a set-up!
