Barracks are Insane?
I have to disagree with this guy that Barracks are insane. Barracks are the one innovation that made quartering unnecessary, and as a strong believer in the entire Bill of Rights, including the Third Amendment, I just have to disagree. I do hope President Obama does not listen to this guy, and continues to build Barracks for our Nation’s soldiers.
