		<description>We sort of do, if you follow Supreme Court incorporation precedent, but until the Supreme Court says it&#039;s incorporated, it probably won&#039;t be in most federal circuits that have existing precedent that says the Second Amendment only applies to the federal government.</description>

		<description>Don&#039;t we already have incorporation via the 14A? If we do, then the states are ignoring the inconvenient parts of it, such as the 2A, and they will continue to ignore other incorporation laws, won&#039;t they?</description>
