I do fault the Indian police in not taking the initiative and shooting these a-holes down, but I also fault the Indian people in not fighting for their own right to keep and bear arms in this situation. I hope this serves as a lesson to the Indian people. You want to be safe from terrorists, then you have better learn how to handle a firearm yourself.
