		<description>I doubt there would be too many 50 caliber round flying around in any given area at any given time.  Innocent until proven guilty is a legal limitation applied to the state.  I can speculate that it&#039;s unlikely to be false, unless the people in question can&#039;t tell a .50 BMG bullet from anything else.  The .50 BMG round has a _lot_ of energy behind it.  I can believe it can go through more dirt than your typical .308 round.  It has approximately 3x the energy.</description>
