I later learned that the whole gun arrived safely at its destination with no signs of tampering on the box. I guess that all of these handguns which were stolen from their FedEX shipments had to be designated as being firearms on the FedEX paperwork for legal reasons, which to me seems just a bit stupid. It's almost like putting a label on each box which says, "I'm a firearm, steal me!" So much for New Jersey's pending "one gun a month" law....when governor seatbelt signs it into law, I'm sure there will be a whole lot more media coverage on that story than this one.
