Bah. What I mean is that POTUS ain't all that. Lot of power yeah, but if the congress doesn't support, or intentionally blocks, he gets nothing done. If the States tell the Feds to bark at the moon, and hold together, the executive gets nowt accomplished. Start at the city, county, state, and congress.
