Crystal

You wouldn't have voted for McCain than no matter who he chose. Face it, your just crying cause you realize your side stands a huge chance of blowing what should be a sure thing.

McCain doesn't need all of Hillary's supporters to vote for him, he doesn't need any to vote for him. But they sure to help. And Sarah Palin not only galvanizes the GOP base - but undermines the ability of the Dems to attack them on womens issues. And, surprise surprise, but most women don't agree with liberal women that banning guns and killing babies are womens issues.

No I'll vote for someone who voted against the war which was totally fabricated anyhow. I'll vote for someone who is pro-choice. I'll vote for someone who has good ideas for health care and getting us off oil dependency.

So you'll vote for someone who's only accomplishment politically is part of a senate term who's notable accomplishment has included a successful bid for president?

Just because she is a woman that does not mean women will vote for her. I am pro choice and would never vote for anyone who is not. Also, Mc Cain is a fogey and this woman with no experience will be a real heartbeat from the presidency. Give me a break.

I don't have a problem with that, personally. In fact, the fact that Palin is supportive of rights for gay couples makes me like her even more.

Are you retarded?

Palin's first veto was used to block legislation that would have barred the state from granting benefits to the partners of gay state employees. In effect, her veto granted State of Alaska benefits to same-sex couples. The veto occurred after Palin consulted with Alaska's attorney general on the constitutionality of the legislation.

I'm an Independent voter and I would die for this ticket. This is the REAL DREAM TICKET.Jeff Dearman: McCain and Palin are not anti-environment by the way. Look at McCain's energy plan. The drilling is for short term relief,National Secrurty, and economic security while we research and invest in ALL renewable energy. He wants clean coal research, nuclear power, safe storage of nuclear power,wind,solar,flex-fuel vehicles,an electric battery than can get 200 miles per charge, cap and trade, etc!! Look it up, it's very similar to the bipartisan energy plan he and Lieberman put before Congress a few years ago when they shot it down!! There is a reason Congress has a 9% approval rating! They actually make Bush look popular!

I've just recently been learning about Sarah Palin and I love her!! She is a fiscal conservative. She's pro-life.She's against gay marriage, but has given benefits to same sex partners in her state siting the fact that she has many gay friends. Her first veto in office was to stop a ban that would deny gay people benefits! She has fought corruption even within her own party. As soon as she entered as Governor she sold a private jet the previous administration had bought with the state's money. It took her three tries, but she sold it on ebay : ) She's a wonderful mother of five and her eldest son is currently serving in Iraq plus she has a special needs son. She's been a lifetime member of the NRA. She has balanced the budget in her state, and moved in the right direction towards energy independence. McCain has the best energy plan ever created and she is right there in agreeance. Some say she isn't experienced enough, but she has much more experience than Senator Obama. She has executive experience which is a plus. She has worked with Democrats on bipartisan accomplishments. She would add excitement to the ticket giving McCain a historical ticket. I think Sarah Palin is McCain's best shot at winning so the experience shouldn't be an issue given the fact that if Obama wins we get a President with far less experience than Governor Palin. I really hope McCain picks her. She truly is a remarkable woman! McCain/Palin08!
