Even CA laws (the way I read them) apply to centerfire .22 and up. I was under the impression that rimfires were OK?

  2. Shooter08 says:

On what planet is this banned? I just bought one last week. This gun is absolutely legal and is not on any assault weapons ban list because of the stock. I can name at least a hundred rifles with similar configurations that are 100% legal. Please tell us where you get your info.

  3. Sebastian says:

It would have been banned under the Philadelphia Assault Weapons ordinance. But that ordinance was struck down in state court as illegal and unconstitutional.

  4. Tim says:

How much do these go for?

  5. Mirko says:

    Wow….beautiful

I live in CA and just built a 10/22 target rifle with a thumb hole stock. I had no trouble getting anything including the stock. I see them at every gun show I attend. Someone got bad info.
