I'd personally have no problem with an under-21 student keeping a double-barreled "coach gun" or basic pump shotgun in his dorm for personal protection against a robbery or assault (rare, but it does happen), but I think we will see campus concealed carry pass for 21+ long before we see 18-20 year old American adults getting to maximally enjoy *their* 2A rights as well while away at college.
