Where they will come down on the rest of it I think is still fuzzy.  I feel certain the handgun ban is going on the trash heap of history.  The wording of the majority opinion I can&#039;t see in my crystal ball.</description>

I&#039;m kind of with Orin Kerr on this point, that they could have gotten up there and read from the phone book, and it wouldn&#039;t have influenced the outcome of this case.  The justices have already lined up.</description>
