Pennsylvania Ranks 17th in Drive By Shootings

Despite Philadelphia’s out of control murder rate, our criminals at least seem to have the decency to get out of the car before they pop a cap in your ass.

   I suppose they could make it harder to perform drive-bys by putting toll boots at every intersection. That way, there can’t be any quick get aways.

   …and I’m sure they cities won’t mind the extra revenue.
